Communication of all details like application, voltage, discharging current, charging current, IP grade, maximum case dimensions, etc. Is needed. Finally, the battery specification is confirmed.

Solution Drawing Design And Confirmation (3 days for first drawing)

The Leadmax engineer team will provide the design drawing for you to review and confirm. We will amend it if you have any other comments. Three kinds of design drawing will be provide to you for free.

Prototype/ Bulk Manufacturing (30 days)

The manufacture will begin according to the final solution drawing. It will take around 30 days to complete.

There are different shipping options available. Air shipping is fast but expensive. lt’s a wise choice for urgent orders. Sea shipping is the most economical shipping option, but it takes much longer than air.

Safety in the design phase: Leadmax Battery only uses grade A quality lithium battery cells, mostly designed for EV systems. The engineering team has more than 12 years of experience in the field of lithium-ion batteries. As part of the design phase, all safety points will be fully taken into consideration, such as strengthening the battery’s internal structure, choosing a better BMS, and determining the appropriate IP grade etc.

Safety in the delivery phase: All of Leadmax Battery’s solutions are compliant with UN38.3. These lithium batteries can be shipped worldwide. Moreover, Bonnen Battery can also provide global delivery services at a reasonable cost. Because we have cooperated with a lithium battery forwarder together.

Standard products are produced within 15-20 days and shipped immediately via sea or air. Customized products are produced within 30-35 days. Sea shipping usually takes 28-35 days.

For orders below $10,000 USD, we accept 100% prepayment via T/T. For larger orders, we require a 50% prepayment. Once production is complete, we provide videos and images or conduct live video inspections, and the balance is paid before shipping.

Typically, the warranty period is determined through rigorous testing. However, custom products are designed and assembled to client specifications, making it challenging to conduct comprehensive short-term testing. In most cases, we provide a 5-10 year warranty, depending on the specific application scenario, which will be clarified during communication

Yes, to meet customs and various national requirements, our standard products are certified with CE, MSDS, and UN38.3. Our cells generally have RoHS, UL1973, and IEC62619 certifications, with digital certificates available.
